These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you access or use the Dekzter website, its card database, search features, deckbuilding tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Dekzter
Dekzter is an unofficial, fan-created Yu-Gi-Oh! card reference and deckbuilding website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Konami Digital Entertainment, Studio Dice, Shueisha, TV Tokyo, or any other Yu-Gi-Oh! rights holder.
2. Using the Service
You may use the Service for lawful personal, informational, reference, and fan-community purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts normal operation.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or deceptive content.

3. Accounts and Social Sign-In
Some features may allow you to sign in using Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your provider account and for activity performed through your Dekzter account. You must not access another person's account without permission.
We may suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated.
4. Decks, Bookmarks, and Browser Storage
Decks, bookmarks, display choices, and similar preferences may be stored locally in your browser. Locally stored data can be lost when you clear browser data, use another browser or device, or remove the site's storage. You are responsible for exporting or otherwise retaining information you do not want to lose.
5. Card Data and Accuracy
Card text, legality information, prices, release information, and other data are provided for convenience and reference. Although we aim to keep information useful and current, we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Official tournament policy, card databases, and retailer listings control where they differ from Dekzter.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to or interact with third-party services, including Google, Facebook, TCGplayer, and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Dekzter does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, availability, content, pricing, or transactions.
7. Affiliate Relationships
Dekzter may participate in affiliate programs. Some links to retailers, marketplaces, or other commercial services may be affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, Dekzter may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not determine card data, legality information, editorial descriptions, or the order in which cards appear in search results unless a placement is clearly identified as sponsored. Prices and availability are controlled by the applicable third party.
8. Intellectual Property
Yu-Gi-Oh! names, characters, card images, artwork, trademarks, and other related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Such materials are displayed for identification, informational, reference, commentary, and fan-community purposes. No ownership of third-party intellectual property is claimed.
Dekzter's original software, interface design, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or commercially exploit those materials except where applicable law permits it.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that locally stored or account-associated features will always remain compatible.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Dekzter disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dekzter and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
